More people than ever before have opened their eyes, didn’t like what they could see and have abandoned the Big Six energy companies – HURRAH!!
If you are still stuck on a standard variable tariff with a Big Six supplier you may want to consider joining the exodus, and quick!
EDF Energy have whacked up their prices by 8% already this month, and not one to be beat when it comes to raising prices, N Power have confirmed they are putting theirs up by 15% on March 16.
If you haven’t fixed down your price and found a cheaper deal, now is the time to do so!
Why is there yet another price hike?
Plain and simple, wholesale costs have gone up and it is being passed on to us.
Anyone who isn’t on a fixed term plan is going to notice a rather sharp increase in the price of their energy bills.
What should I do?
I have written quite a few guides and articles on switching gas and electricity suppliers, it’s quick and easy to do and the turn around in time switching has increased massively over the last couple of years in particular.
Check out these guides and you can’t go wrong:
Shopping around for gas and electricity isn’t a gimmick, it’s the easiest way to cut down your outgoings by hundreds of pounds.
It does appear that the cat is finally out of the bag when it comes to switching, which I couldn’t be more happy about.
Bill payers are getting into a good habit of shopping around and switching to a cheaper provider.
That gas and electric you use all comes from the same place – The National Grid.
Your suppliers energy is no better than the next one.
Remember the golden rule…. LOYALTY DOESN’T PAY WHEN IT COMES TO ENERGY SUPPLIERS!!!
