One of the worse side effects that comes hand-in-hand with my OCD related anxiety is insomnia.
It really isn’t all that shocking for me to go around the clock with no sleep whatsoever two, even three times a week.
On those precious days I do manage to drop off for some much needed kip, it doesn’t generally last long and is interrupted continuously – Elm Street kids got more restful sleep.
In fact, if I manage 25 hours sleep in a week, it is celebrated somewhat as major achievement!
Having tried sleeping pills prescribed by the doctor and quickly realising there is nothing restful about the sleep those feckers provide, I’m quite sceptical when it comes to any sleep aid or energy booster.
The whole walking dead look and feel just ins’t for me, I’d rather run on fumes.
Now, contrary to popular belief, getting a standard eight hours sleep isn’t always enough, it’s the quality of sleep you get.
Considering how little I manage I need to make the most out of it, so when I was approached by Benenox to give their overnight recharge a try to see if it had any affect on my problems with fatigue.
What is Benenox Overnight Recharge?
Benenox Overnight Recharge is a combination of honey, Sustamine® and vitamin B6.
What does Benenox Overnight Recharge do?
When taken before bed, Benenox Overnight Recharge supplements your body’s stored energy levels to support a nice restful sleep, leaving you feeling fully recharged and ready to take on whatever the next day brings.
It can help to reduce tiredness and fatigue, support your mental function and maintain normal energy production.
It comes in two flavours, Blackcurrant and Lemon & Ginger.
How much does Benenox Overnight Recharge cost?
It’s not majorly cheap at £12.49, but as I’ve said many times, Thrifty doesn’t mean stingy, and if it is of benefit to you then in my opinion it’s worth sticking your hands in your pocket for.
It’s currently available at Amazon and Tesco.
What affect did Benenox have on me?
I was highly sceptical but was left fairly surprised.
I’m as good a person as any to try this on and I did see a noticeable difference, especially when I first woke up.
As you can imagine, when it takes you forever and a day to get to sleep you’re not particularly keen on being woken up, I’ve actually been a lot more pleasant in that first hour than usual.
My quality of sleep certainly seems to have improved, if not the amount I manage, and I’ve found I’ve got more energy at work.
It has to be said I did prefer the blackcurrant flavour over the lemon and ginger, and all-in-all I’d recommend it if you feel like your energy levels could do with a boost.
