Low syn, Slimming World friendly salt and pepper chips fake away recipe
    1. Peel spuds and chip. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the chips and cook for 4 minutes. Put to one side for roughly 10 minutes to allow them to dry, then give them a good shake in a dry saucepan to rough them up a bit, it’ll give them a nice texture. Spray a baking tray with olive oil Fry Light, place the chips on the tray, cover the chips with Fry Light and sprinkle with Chinese 5 spice seasoning. Bake for around 30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown Whilst the chips are cooking fry the peppers, onion and chilli flakes using Fry Light, add some more Chinese 5 spice seasoning. When the chips are cooked, mix them with the peppers, onion and chilli ( I also add another sprinkle of Chinese 5 spice but that’s up to you)
