Syn free, Slimming World friendly, super speedy omelette
Chop all fillings, spray a frying pan with Fry Light and gently cook it all on a medium heat until it softens. Whisk eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper, then pour into a separate frying pan, again using Fry Light. Once the egg has cooked, flip it and add the filling with the 40g of low fat cheese. Fold it and cook for a further minute to allow the cheese to melt.
